What does cat cremation look like?

What does cat cremation look like? Today’s approach to pets is very different from what it was a few years ago. It turns out that animals become full family members and we treat them with great respect. Death is therefore a powerful blow for us, but we must face it. How is cremation different from disposal?

What are the differences between collective and individual cremation? How can we arrange cat cremation? How can we deal with pet ashes? If you want to find out, we cordially invite you to read the following entry, in which we completely deal with answering the previously asked questions.

How is cremation different from disposal?

Before we start digressing on cat cremation, it is worth answering one important question first, namely how cremation differs from disposal. As of today, the number of crematoriums for animals is fully satisfactory, as is the number of cemeteries. However, this does not change the fact that carers do not have to worry about how to deal with the pet’s body immediately after death. In practice, however, few people are aware of what cremation is really about and how it differs from disposal. In the latter case, an employee of a disposal company is chosen to collect the remains. They are collected and dumped in the same place as other animal by-products.

Cremation of a cat in a facility is one of the ways to treat the body with dignity after death. No one can accuse us of the fact that the pet is together with other waste from the slaughterhouse or with syringes previously located in the hospital. The animal in the crematorium is treated with the highest respect, while the combustion process takes place in specially adapted places.

Group and individual cremation – what are the differences?

First of all, you should realize one very important thing – companies providing this type of service offer us individual and collective cremation. Each customer has the freedom to choose in this regard. What differences can we distinguish between these solutions? In practice, it is enough to pay attention to the name. When it comes to individual cremation of animals, it is an increasingly popular procedure based on cremation of one animal. It is thanks to this that we can take the ashes with us and do what we think is right with them. This is completely different in the case of collective cremation. The difference is one, but fundamental – several animals are burned at the same time. This, of course, is directly related to the fact that pet owners cannot expect the ashes to be recovered – they certainly will not receive them, which is most natural. These ashes are placed in one common urn. Next, the company deals with burying them in specially prepared cemeteries. But why is this solution so popular? Well, we can be sure that it is an ecological option and the most attractive in economic terms.

How to organize a cat cremation?

When our quadruped is alive, we usually do not think about how we will deal with his body after death, when he dies. What is worth emphasizing, we are not planning either a funeral or the death itself. So when there is an unexpected loss, we feel lost, which is understandable. Unfortunately, we often do not think rationally and soberly during mourning. Then professional bets come to our aid, which do everything in their power to take care of individual formalities. Only then is it possible to relieve us of our duties. Of course, cat cremation is never an easy task, but by choosing the help of specialists, we can make it much easier. It is enough to call the previously selected crematorium and inform about the situation.

How can we deal with pet ashes?

There is one more point that should certainly be kept in mind. Well, when we decide on individual cremation, then we receive an urn with ashes. Some people may have serious doubts about what to do next with this item. It turns out that we can find some guidelines in Polish law. Interestingly, the ash remains can be successfully stored at home. An alternative solution is to scatter the contents in the open air. For some caregivers, this element of goodbye can be of great importance, while others may find that they want to keep the particles with them.

In a situation where we are completely not interested in taking the pet’s ashes with us, then it is possible to decide on collective cremation. In this case, several bodies are cremated simultaneously in one cremation chamber. Of course, each body is treated with great respect.
